Ariana Grande Postpones Three 'Eternal Sunshine' Tour Dates: "Safety First"

Ariana Grande shared with fans on Instagram Stories on Monday that three shows on her long-awaited 'Eternal Sunshine' tour have been postponed. The singer attributed the delay to production-related issues.

"We are so sorry for these unfortunate schedule changes," Grande said, adding, "Given the challenges we ran into with production, this was our best and safest option." The show originally planned for July 12 at Brooklyn's Barclays Center has been moved to July 14, while the July 22 and 24 shows at Boston's TD Garden have been shifted to July 23 and 26, respectively.

The announcement noted that all tickets will remain valid for the new dates, and that ticket holders would receive additional information. In her message, Grande wrote, "The most important thing for all of us is safety, as well as the show being performed the way it was designed. Thank you so much for your understanding, I can't wait to see you."

The 'Eternal Sunshine' tour kicked off in Oakland earlier this month. Supporting her seventh studio album of the same name, the tour is especially significant as her first headlining tour since 2019. The setlist is largely focused on songs from the latest album, while also including three songs from 'Positions' and two each from 'Dangerous Woman,' 'My Everything,' and 'thank u, next.'
